 The truth behind the vision

 

The vision for Thrive has been with me for over a year, before it became clear enough to share it with the world.

I stumbled at first, following the advice I’d been taught to get it out there, build fast, stay visible. I tried to launch it before it was ready. 

But almost immediately I knew: not yet, not like this. 

So I pulled back.
I paused.
I sat with the discomfort of my own timing.

Before I could lead this container I needed to walk the talk myself.
Choosing to listen to my own wisdom instead of outsourcing it to mentors who didn’t fully see me was one of the hardest things I've ever done. 

But sometimes the vision we have needs time, it needs nurturing, it needs our trust. 
Not pressure, doubting, or urgency. 

And today?

Thrive is build from clarity.
Not because I have it all figured out, but because I’ve become the woman who can hold the vision. Who can make decisions in integrity and alignment with the highest good. 

Not to prove anything to anyone. But to build a body of work she can stand behind with her whole voice, not just her strategy.

So Thrive, to me, is a place to return to your vision, your timing, your way of doing things, and build something you can stand behind proudly.
